Current surfboard repair Kits found on the market use a catalyst activated resin meaning its in 2 parts. Once the 2 parts are added you generally only have several minutes to apply it to your repair, generally in a mad panic, before it starts to gel and go off, also meaning any un used resin is thrown away. Then you are required to wait in most cases up to 8 hours before its ready to be sanded and finished which makes the repair an over night process.

The special solar activated formula in the pro surfboard repair kit gives you unlimited time to apply the resin allowing you to make sure its on perfectly (as long as you are inside out of the sunlight).You can use it directly out of the tin and therefore there is no waste as you only use what you need making the product last longer.

Once your totally satisfied its applied how you want just take it out into the daylight and in 10 minutes its hard enough to sand and finish the repair.(we have even added a solution in the resin that makes it easier to sand)
